Nutritional information
Dragon fruit is not only attractive, it’s also full of nutrients that improve your child's health. It contains antioxidants such as vitamin C which prevents inflammation, cancer and other diseases. This fruit is also rich in fibre which helps bowel movement and minor constipation problems.
With the added Blenuten®, this smoothie will be richer in minerals, vitamins and energy than ordinary fruit smoothies. In addition, Blenuten® provides probiotics such as lactobacillus and fructooligosaccharides which can help your child’s immune system to better fight off infections.
Serving recommendations
This smoothie is very soft, pink but not too sweet. If you prefer to serve it to your child in a bowl and with a thicker texture, add only a little water when you blend it until you get the texture you want.
