Easy, full of colour and energy, enjoy this Sweet cassava snack recipe with your kids!
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 500 g grated cassava
- 100 g Blenuten ® vanilla flavour
- 60 g sugar
- 100 ml water
- A pinch of salt
- Food colouring according to your taste
- Lightly grated coconut if you wish to use as sprinkles
Preparation
- Peel the cassava, wash it and cut it into small pieces.
- Boil the cassava pieces until soft. Then, puree the boiled cassava, and set it aside.
- Stir the water, Blenuten® sugar evenly. Heat the mixture in a frying pan until the sugar and Blenuten® have completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the cassava puree. Stir well.
- Divide the mixture into 3 parts, add colouring (for ex. red, green and clear). Stir each part until homogeneous.
- Finally, divide each part into small pieces of equal size.
